About

Yoga has been a source of grounding for Tuula since her teenage years, evolving into an essential practice that has supported her through all stages of life. Inspired by its capacity to shift and steady the mind, she undertook her first teacher training in Nepal in 2018, and has since deepened her practice through continued learning, including 4Beat training.

Tuula's classes cultivate a deep awareness of body and mind, guided by the breath as an anchor to the present moment. Drawing from vinyasa, ashtanga, and 4Beat, her teaching offers a dynamic, flowing practice interwoven with moments of stillness and restoration, leaving you both calm and revitalised.
